We have done a lot of baking around here over the last couple of days. We accomplished baking our first ever pie, Ba-da-Bing Cherry, for Ashley’s father in-law who rated it a 9.7 (he considers himself a cherry pie connoisseur). It was a hit and we loved the process even though it took us a span of two days because we had to work around traveling to Seattle (pictures coming soon!).
